Photoaging causes the dermis and collagen fibers to decrease which results in skin aging. Genus Bacillus has SOD activity as an anti-photoaging agent that can neutralize ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) due exposure UV-A rays. This study aimed examine of crude extract encapsulation characteristics liposomes from B. altitudinis. The began with isolation enzyme, determination total protein content enzyme liposome encapsulation, then characterization tes including particle size analysis, sorption efficiency zeta potential. test were 85.09% ± 1.24%. characteristic was produced a 112.96 17.3 ; adsorption 81.1% potential 7.0 ±5.1 mV. showed altitudinis nanoparticle range.
